2] The learned counsel for the respondents submits that during pendency of the proceedings, no rent is paid for the premises to the respondent or deposited either in this Court or in the trial Court.

3] Be that as it may, list this matter for dismissal on 12th February, 2024."

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, the petitioners have not been depositing rent in the matter in terms of the interim order passed. However, none is present for the petitioners. 4.

I cannot render any finding on the same since the petitioners have been consistently absent in the matter. The writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

Needless to mention that, dismissal of writ petition will result in vacating all interim orders.
