We have heard Mr. Sawant, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, Mr. Virdhe, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents No. 1 to 4 and Mr. Adhav, learned counsel for respondent No. 6.

It is stated that in paragraph No. 11 of the order dated 9th August, 2016 directions are given to respondents No. 5 and 6 to take steps to allot the land to the extent of 4 Acres to the petitioner. Said directions, in fact, are given to respondents No. 2 to 4 and wrongly respondents No. 5 and 6 is stated in paragraph No. 11. As such, in paragraph instead of words "respondents No. 5 and 6" same be

2 WP-926-15 substituted by words "respondents No. 2 to 4." Necessary corrections be carried out in said order. Corrected writ be issued accordingly. Certified copies, if are already issued, be deemed to have been corrected accordingly.
