The petitioners have approached this Court in haste. 2.

It appears from the contentions that the enquiry was conducted in the month of November 2020 and letter was sent to the Collector on 23/11/2020. The petitioners have filed detailed representation on 07/12/2020 to the Tahsildar. Within a month the petitioners have approached this Court. It is for the authorities to take necessary action in accordance with the law and procedure. The petitioners may prosecute their grievance with the respondents. In case, within a reasonable time the action is not taken by the respondent authority, then the petitioners have locus to re-agitate their grievance. 3.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
