Present application has been filed by the State for getting the delay of 203 days condoned in filing first appeal. The State intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by learned Member Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambejogai, Beed. Though the application has been strongly opposed by respondent No.1/original claimant, taking into consideration the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.2 to 5, the delay stands condoned.
