By this civil application, the applicant/petitioner seeks leave to amend WP No.717/2016. Despite service of Court notice, respondent No.6 has not caused an appearance in the petition. 2.

I have considered the reasons set out in the application and the submissions of the learned AGP.

Considering the above, this application is allowed with the following directions :- [a] The amendment shall be carried out on or before 09/03/2020 and the amended copy of the writ petition memo shall be filed on the khs/Feb.2020/1711-d

- 2 - same date with copies to the learned AGP.

[b] List the petition in the "Urgent Admissions Category" on 18/03/2020.
