This is an application for condonation of delay of 29 days in filing the application for restoration of appeal. 2.

Mr Rathod, learned Counsel for the respondent No.1A opposes the application and states that no sufficient cause is established for condoning the delay.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,500/- to be paid to the High Court Bar Association's Library within two weeks from today. 4.

As such, the order dated 10.12.2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing the registration is set aside. 5.
