Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.P.P for the respondent State.

The applicant No.1 is the mother-in-law and applicant No.2 is husband of the deceased. It has been transpired in the investigation that cousin of the applicants killed the deceased as she was demanding him money and he got irritate. After killing she was dropped into the septic tank. The applicant Radhabai is suffering from paralysis. The medical report to that effect is collected by the investigating officer. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the applicants have played no active role. Nothing is to be recovered from them. Therefore, they deserve bail. Hence, the

ii) Applicant No.1 Radhabai W/o Kalinath Aaglawe and applicant No.2 Dadasaheb S/o Kalinath Aaglawe be released on bail, on furnishing P.B. and S. B. of Rs. 50,000/- each with one solvent surety of like amount each in C.R./F. I. R No. 0344/2022 registered with Shivur Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that, they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
