After arguing the matters at quite some length, learned advocates for the parties have reconciled to a situation that both, the special civil suit No.136 of 2016 pending before civil judge, senior division, Aurangabad and the land acquisition references No.43 of 2006, 44 of 2006 and 45 of 2006 pending before 4th joint civil judge, senior division, Aurangabad may be tried and prosecuted before the same court, and decided simultaneously.

Having regard to the nature of dispute involved, it would be expedient that the special civil suit as well as land acquisition references be tried and disposed of by the same court. Principal District Judge, Aurangabad may assign the matters to one court. 3.
