Applicant is the original accused No.1, who want to challenge his conviction in Sessions Case No.6/2009 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Shahada, Dist. Nandurbar dated 13.01.2012. The appellant has been convicted for the offence punishable

Cri.Appln_235_2023 under Section 302, 324, 147, 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code along with nine more accused persons.

Though the learned APP is strongly opposing the application, taking into consideration the duration of the delay for the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 the delay stands condoned. Application stands allowed and disposed of.
