This is an application for seeking withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant. It reveals that The Special Land Acquisition Ofcer, Osmanabad has granted compensation at the rate of Rs. 227 per Are while the reference Court has enhanced the same to the extent of Rs. 1035/- per Are. Perused the impugned Judgment and reasoning in support of the enhancement.

In view of that at present applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) and 25% of the amount be paid on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
