It is submitted that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher from S.C. category to teach English subject is not yet decided, though it is filed on 31.10.2013. Reminder is also given in the year 2017.

In case, the proposal submitted by the Institution seeking approval to the appointment to the petitioner (Exhibit-G, Page 33) is pending with the Education Officer. The Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months.
