2] Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 files across the bar the affidavit-in-reply. In in paragraph 2 of the said affidavit-in-reply, it is stated that respondent no.2 has issued cheque of Rs.1,76,217/- towards the interest amount. The said cheque is deposited in the petitioner's account. Thus, the petitioner has been paid the amount towards interest in the tune of Rs.57987/-, Rs.57840/- and Rs.60,390/-, respectively.
