PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Kolhare, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, appeal filed by the Management against de-recognition is allowed and the petitioners are working with the same institution. Recognition is restored from the year 2013. However, petitioners are not paid salary from August 2013 to June 2014. The Respondents be directed to pay the same to the petitioners.

We have heard learned AGP for the Respondent State. 3.

In view of the fact that the petitioners are continuous in service and are paid salary from July 2014, only grievance of the petitioners is regarding salary from August 2013 till June 2014. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that school is recognized by the appellate authority from 1.4.2013.

In light of that, major grievance of the petitioners stands satisfied.

As far as salary for the period August 2013 to June 2014 is concerned, the petitioners may make an application to the Respondents No.2 and 3, and the respondent Management shall also in consonance with the factual matrix submit the proposal for the payment of the salaries to respondents No.2 and 3. The Respondents No.2 and 3 shall take decision on the same expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the said representation/proposal.
