As per the office note, the Advocate for the Applicants have not taken steps to serve the Sole Respondent. Previously, vide order dated 12.03.2024, the Petitioners were directed to take steps to serve sole Respondent but said order has not been complied, not only this but again on 26.03.2024, notice was issued to the Respondent on the address given in the pursis. Again on 17.01.2025, this Court granted time to enable the Petitioners to serve the sole Respondent, but till date no any steps have been taken by the Petitioners to serve the sole Respondent which shows that the Petitioners are not vigilant while prosecuting the matter and it is pending since last year.
