The Petition challenges the work order issued in the year 2009. The said work order was only for the financial year 2009-2010. In fact the registration of the Writ Petition was refused in the year 2010. At the request of the Petitioner,

wp4842.15 the Petition is restored in April 2015. The period for which work order was issued is also over five years back.

In light of above, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
