The present application is moved for restoration of the Writ Petition Stamp No.8506 of 2023 along with a prayer to condone the delay of 139 days in filing the application.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the objections raised were not noticed by the Advocate, and as such, they were not removed within the stipulated time and when the petition was dismissed by order dated 31/07/2023 by the learned Registrar (Judicial), the applicant moved the present application with a prayer to condone the delay.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 31/07/2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) in WP St.No.8506 of 2023 is set aside. The writ petition is

59 CA 674-2024 restored. The applicant to remove office objections within a period of two weeks.
