Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court and the fact that the section 4 notification was published on 16.1.1997 and possession of the acquired land was taken on 26.5.1995, the claimants are permitted to withdraw the compensation in the following manner with certain conditions :- a] The applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount on furnishing undertaking, 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety and

CA 1119.2016.odt 25% of the amount on furnishing bank guarantee of any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and remaining amount shall be kept in fixed deposit receipt in any nationalized bank initially for a period of five years and thereafter be renewed as per the orders of this court.
