The petitioner prays for a direction to the State of Maharashtra, through the Principal Secretary, Social Justice and Special Assistance Department, to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner, dated 15.02.2021, under clause 7(2) of the Handicapped School Code, 1997.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect, the respondents to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner, on or before 31.03.2023.
