1] The matter was adjourned at the request of the petitioner on 29.8.2016 as a last chance. On 19.9.2016 also, at the behest of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned for five weeks. Today also, when the matter was called out in the morning session, none appeared for the petitioner and hence it was kept back. In the afternoon session also, when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner.

2] The petitioner claims appointment on Class-III post

W.P. 1968/2015 - 2 - in the special drive from backlog of S.C. Category candidates. The Tribunal has observed that as per the approval granted by the B.C. Cell, the post is meant for scheduled tribe category. Even otherwise, the petitioner cannot be appointed de hors the competition.

3] Considering the above, no error is committed by the Tribunal in passing the impugned judgment. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
