The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his application for Caste Certificate Verification has been turned down for not removing the objections.

Learned AGP on instructions submits that if the petitioner now makes an application on-line, it would be considered and decided within three months.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would submit a fresh application on-line. On such application being filed, the respondent shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event within twelve weeks. Writ petition stands disposed of.
