Learned counsel for the applicants states that order dated 9th February 2018 in civil application No. 1728 of 2018 in first appeal No. 671 of 2016 has been passed in identical circumstances. In view of the same, we deem it appropriate to follow the same course and pass following order: 2.

Registry shall verify the security given by the applicants to the extent of 50% of the amount and after

ca869.20 satisfying that total 50% security (before reference court and this court) has been given by the applicants, shall allow the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount along with accrued interest, if any.
