For the reasons recorded while disposing of Writ Petition No. 555/2015 and other companion petitions, instant petition also deserves to be disposed of.

Without entering into merits of the controversy involved in the petition, we deem it appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the Sub Committee at State level constituted in accordance with clause 17 of the Government Resolution dated 26.5.2011. The learned Government Pleader shall forward copy of the petition alongwith annexures to the committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one week from today. The Committee shall take appropriate decision in the matter, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the petition alongwith annexures. The Committee shall take decision in observance of the principles of natural justice.

wp651.15.doc Interim order passed by this Court shall remain operative until such decision is taken. The Committee is expected to call report of the concerned District Collector together with necessary information in respect of the complaint received so as to facilitate the Committee to take appropriate decision in the matter.

With directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

Pending civil application, if any, does not survive and stands disposed of.
