PER COURT :- 1) Since the process of election of Respondent No. 5 society viz. - Hatmag Vinkar Sah. Sanstha Maryadit has reached at an advance stage, in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the matter of Sant Sadguru janardhan Swami (Moungiri Maharaj) Sahakari Dugdha Utpadak Sanstha Vs. State of Maharashtra, reported in 2001 (8) SCC 509, no interference is required to be caused, causing hindrance to the on-going election process, which is already set in motion.

2) It would be open for the petitioner to avail of appropriate remedies after completion of the election process and raise all such objections, which are legally permissible before the appropriate forum.

3) With liberty, as above said, writ petition stands dismissed.
