When the matter is called out, both the learned advocates placed on record a compromise pursis. It is informed that, the parties have settled the dispute out of the Court. The compromise pursis is duly verified and is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X for the identification. The parties have agreed to withdraw the complaints pending against each other in view of the compromise. 2.

The parties are present in the Court and they also accept the terms of compromise pursis.

Learned A.P.P. submits that, even the police after holding

In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed off. 5.

The lower Court to act upon the copy of compromise pursis submitted in this Court.
