The learned counsel submits that validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee. The petitioner is taking education in 12th Standard. For the academic year 2021-2022, the petitioner would require the validity certificate.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondents/State. 3.

In case, the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably by end of May-2021.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 02.03.2021.
