The petitioner has filed execution. In fact, the petitioner ought to take steps for execution, such as, issuance of warrant and in spite of taking steps the amount is not being paid, then the petitioner can approach this court.

The petitioner shall take effective steps in the execution proceedings and if within reasonable time nothing fruitful comes out, then the petitioner may move this court. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
