Learned APP Shri. Deshmukh for the respondent/State points out that after the order was passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 267 of 2021 dated 26th August, 2021 the applicant has directly approached this Court without getting the remedy before the Sessions Court exhausted.

Learned counsel Shri. Wagh for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the trial Court for regular bail. In that eventuality, the Trial Court shall decide the application on its own merits.
