I have considered the judgment. The enhancement of amount is too meager. The enhancement amount is in the range of Rs. 6,000/- to Rs. 20,000/-. It appears that, small areas of lands have been acquired.

Considering the fact that, small area of land is acquired,

2 fa st 1260.15 enhancement is not much that is in the range of Rs. 6,000/- to Rs. 20,000/-, I am not inclined to entertain present appeals. The Reference Court has considered the sale instances. 3.

Considering the above, first appeals are dismissed. No costs.
