CORAM : T.V.NALAWADE DATED : 26TH FEBRUARY,2016 PER COURT :- The application is filed by original claimant for permission to withdraw the compensation amount. Other side strongly opposed the application. Copy of the policy was shown by learned counsel for claimant. It was submitted that it was a package policy and even if the challenge of insurance company is considered, in view of TMT No.14 the liability of Rs.2 lakhs cannot be disputed by the insurance company. In view of this submission, this Court holds that the claimant be permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.2 lakhs alongwith interest. In those terms, application is allowed. (T.V.NALAWADE,J.) umg/
