The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal is filed against the order of disqualification by the elected candidate. However, the respondent No. 1 is not deciding it.

The petitioner may approach the respondent No. 1 for expeditious disposal of the appeal and file an application to that effect with respondent No. 1. If the appeal is not decided within reasonable time, then he can raise the grievance before this Court.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
