By these Civil Application Nos.4563/2022 and 4566/2022, the appellant prays for condonation of delay of 38 days caused in filing the First Appeals.

The grievance is that an astronomical rise has been granted by the LAR Court in comparison to the compensation

Considering that the delay is minor and we find that the stakes involved in the First Appeals need to be taken into account, the delay is condoned. The Civil Application Nos.4563/2022 and 4566/2022 are allowed.

First Appeals shall be registered.

Issue notice in the First Appeals as well as Civil Application Nos.4564/2022 and 4567/2022 to the respondents, returnable on 04.05.2022.
