Even otherwise, the possession has been taken by the Respondents in 1960. The Writ Petition is filed in the year 1999. The affidavit is filed stating that Grampanchayat has deposited Rs.1,077-9-2 (Rupees one thousand seventy seven annas nine and

paise two only) towards compensation to the Tahsil Office. 3.

The Writ Petition is dismissed in default. Rule discharged. No costs.
