We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government pleader for respondents/state.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts that, a mistake was committed with regard to the intake capacity of the petitioner institution and instead of 60 students, same was mentioned as 40 students. Said mistake has been corrected and corrigendum has been issued on 05th September, 2018. 3.

Mr. Thombre, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the respondent has to issue corrigendum to the Government

The learned Addl. G. P. submits that, the proposal to that effect is already forwarded to the Government for necessary correction and for issuance of necessary corrigendum. 5.

In the light of that, the respondent No. 1 shall take steps for issuance of corrigendum regarding correction in intake capacity of the petitioner institution expeditiously and same may be done within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
