The learned counsel submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration with respondent No.2 since 04/01/2020. The petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission to medical course for the academic year 2021-22. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents. 3.

In case the proposal seeking validity to the Caste Tribe Certificate of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law preferably by end of May 2021.
