Upon hearing both sides and considering the challenge to the quantum of compensation in the present appeal, presently, the applicants are allowed to withdraw an amount of rupees five lacs, upon execution of an undertaking that if any order adverse to the interest of the applicants is passed by this Court lateron, they would refund the amount now allowed to be withdrawn within a period four months from the date of such order. The present application accordingly stands disposed of.
