After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to issue any notice to the respondent. The record indicates that the respondent - accused had sought three months' time to arrange for the balance amount.

In the given circumstances the trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the case and decide it finally within a time frame of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. All the contentions are kept open.

Criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
