On perusal of record and proceedings, it shows that all the applicants furnished necessary bond in Form No.V under the provisions of Probation of Offenders Act, 1958. Similarly, the learned Magistrate vide its letter dated 18th August 2022 directed the Probation Officer, Paithan that applicant Nos.2, 3 and 4 are kept under his observation for a period of one year.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that the applicants complied with conditions imposed by this court in the order dated 3rd August 2022. The compliance report is also attached in the record and proceedings. 4.
