DATE : 05/02/2015 ORAL ORDER :

1.

Mr. V.C. Solshe, learned counsel for the appellants files on record purshis as well as copy of the notice issued by him to the appellants by registered post acknowledgement due, which is accepted and taken on record (marked "X" collectively, for the purpose of identification). The compilation (marked "X") would show that the notice issued by the learned counsel on 5th December, 2014 is already served on the appellants long back. In the circumstances, the learned counsel Mr. V.C. Solshe seeks withdrawal of his appearance in the matter.

2.

Accordingly, learned counsel Mr. V.C. Solshe is discharged.

fa82-2001 3.

As nobody appears for the appellants today, the appeal is dismissed in default.
