Heard rival submissions. The respondent No. 2 - Acquiring Body though served, but remained absent.

The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 2267 days which appears to be caused due to their poor financial condition. The learned AGP strongly opposed the applications on the ground that there is no proper explanation of delay. 3.

However, considering the statutory right of the applications the delay of 2267 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for such delay period.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any and the copy of this order be placed with the appeals.
