None appears for the petitioner. Shri R.L. Chintalwar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent is present before the Court. The learned counsel pointed out that, the present petition is filed against an interim order dated 30.03.1999 passed by the Industrial Court, Aurangabad, thereby, directing the petitioner-corporation to appoint the present respondent on the equivalent post i.e. to the post of J.C.O. And Senior Assistant or T.I. in the division till final disposal of the complaint. 2.

In the present Writ Petition no interim relief was granted in favour of the petitioner-corporation. The learned counsel submits that, the complaint filed by the respondent was ultimately dismissed on merits. In view of the facts brought to the notice of this Court as aforesaid, nothing survives to be considered in the present Writ Petition. The petition has become infructuous and hence stands disposed of.
