The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.69/2015 registered at Sevli Police Station, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 and 307 of Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R, which depicts that the role attributed to the present applicants is of presence and giving threats.

In my opinion, the custodial interrogation of the applicants in this background is not required. This Court has already rejected the application of Gorakh Rathod.

Apart from above, it is required to noted that there are counter complaint against the complaint at the behest of applicants. As such, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail. 6.
In the event of arrest in Crime No.69/2015 registered at Sevli Police Station, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 and 307 of Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 7.
The applicants shall keep away themselves from the jurisdiction of concerned Police Station till filing of charge sheet and shall enter the jurisdiction of Sevli Police Station only for the purpose of investigating. The applicants shall furnish their residential addresses along with their mobile numbers and land line numbers, if any to the Investigating Officer within a period of 72 hours from today. 7.
Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms.
