Both these applications are fled by the respective applicants for condonation of huge period of delay of 2321 days. 2.

The reasons mentioned for the delay is that the applicants received the compensation amount belatedly and in the year 2019. 3.

The learned counsel for respondent no.3- acquiring body and the learned AGP strongly opposed the applications on the ground that the delay periods are huge.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay periods mentioned in both the applications, are hereby condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid periods of delay. Accordingly the civil applications are disposed of. 5.

The appeals of respective applicants be placed for admission after removal of offce objections if any.
