We do not know for what purpose the applicant is seeking production of certain documents. However, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the said documents are necessary for just disposal of the application. In view of the same and for the reasons mentioned in criminal application no. 159 of 2022, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed off accordingly. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants however submits that the charge-sheet is already submitted. Learned counsel thus seeks time to
