The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the proposals for transferring the petitioners from unaided to the aided post are pending with respondent No.2. The petitioners pray that the said proposals be decided within a time frame.

The learned A.G.P. appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that respondent No.2 would decide each of the proposals after performing individual scrutiny and assessment in accordance with the law applicable and in the light of the record available. He submits that this exercise would be completed within four (04) months. 3.
In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. We expect, respondent No.2 to consider these proposals in accordance with law and the policies applicable, by following the due procedure and arrive at an independent decision, in each case, on or before 15.05.2023.
