The petitioner prays that respondent no.4-Education Officer (Secondary) should decide his pending proposal dated 28.07.2021. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the pending proposal, if any, would be considered on it's own merits in the light of the rules / policies applicable to the case of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent no.4 to consider the proposal dated 28.07.2021, if pending, on its own merits and after giving an opportunity to put-forth their written say, to all the stake holders. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion as regards the merits of the said proposal.
