Heard Mr. Kale, learned counsel for applicants and Mr. Sangle, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader for respondent No.1. Though duly served, respondent No.2 is absent. 2.
Delay of 57 days in filing present first appeals is sought to be condoned.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that delay is caused as due to rainy season applicants were busy in agricultural operations and as such, could not approach their advocate.

Considering the period of delay and nature of explanation, in my view, sufficient cause is made out. 5.
