The petitioners are challenging a common judgment and order whereby respondent No.2 / Scrutiny Committee refused to validate their 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe certificates. 2.

We have heard both the sides.

The impugned judgment and order was a common judgment not only in the matters of the petitioners, but even one Laxman Gangadhar Pupulwad in WP No.42/2025. The impugned khs/Jan.2025/732

- 2 - judgment and order was quashed and set aside to the extent of Laxman. This being a challenge to the common judgment and order, no different view is possible.

The writ petition is allowed. The impugned judgment and order is quashed and set aside even to the extent of the petitioners for the same reasons mentioned in the matter of Laxman Gangadhar Pupulwad. The Committee shall issue tribe validity certificates to the petitioners of Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe immediately, which shall be subject to the final outcome of the matters of the validity holders, which the Committee has decided to re-open.
