It appears that present applicant has directly come to this Court once again and it further appears that when his earlier Bail Application was rejected by the learned Trial Judge, he has approached this Court by filing Bail Application No. 1291/2019 under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., which was disposed of as withdrawn on 25.2.2020.

The learned Advocate for applicant fairly submits that the applicant had not approached the same Court again thereafter and, therefore, she, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to approach the same Court again.

The Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
