Learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to financial constraints the applicants could not prefer appeals within limitation. Learned A.G.P. has strongly resisted the applications on the ground that delay has not been explained satisfactorily. 3.

In view of submissions made on behalf of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the applications, delay caused in filing the
