This is an application for bringnig the legal heirs of the appellant on record. The respondents have no objection. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that leave may be granted to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record. In fact respondent No.1, who is no more was the appellant in Second Appeal. It seems that mistakenly it was written that they were the legal heirs of respondent No.1, in fact they are the legal heirs of the appellant. With this

understanding, the civil application is allowed. The legal heirs of the appellant be brought on record forthwith. 3.

After hearing the respective learned counsels and the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant that there is possibility to settle the dispute. Hence, refer this matter to the Lok Adalat scheduled on 09.09.2023.

Both learned counsels for the respective parties are requested to ask the parties to remain present before the Lok Adalat without fail.
